About Brenna.
Brenna McPeek is a writer, editor, brand strategist, and copywriter based in Los Angeles, CA. She’s cultivated a rich career in copywriting, editing, marketing, brand strategy, and digital content creation across a variety of industries. She specializes in helping a brand craft its unique voice and story, and then implement that voice across a variety of platforms, including web, social media, email marketing, advertising, and other branded communications.
Brenna has advanced training in writing for all mediums. She’s a graduate of the MFA fiction program at Columbia University and holds a BA in English and Film from Cornell University. She has a particular passion for entertainment, literature, and culture—as evidenced by the fact that she spends most of her free time and money her local indie movie theater or bookstore.
Brenna’s writing has appeared in Grain, Story, Harvard Review, Necessary Fiction, and other publications. She is the co-founder and editor-in-chief of Fatal Flaw, a 501(c)3 nonprofit and online literary magazine.
